Renee Sheetz Davies is company founder of Human Resources Professional Group (HRPG), which provides outsourced human resources consulting to a wide range of businesses including those in life sciences, technology, professional services, telecommunications, government contracting, manufacturing, hospitality, and consumer products. Ms. Davies has over 25 years of human resources experience, holding top-level positions in a wide range of publicly traded and private organizations.
Areas of expertise include organizational design, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, design and implementation of company and board compensation programs, mergers & acquisitions due diligence and integration, and succession planning,.
Ms. Davies holds a BS degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University and an MS in Business with an emphasis in Human Resources Development from University of Maryland. She holds the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) designation from the Human Resource Certification Institute. Ms. Davies is involved in several professional, civic and non-profit organizations including being a member of the Board of Directors of the San Diego Bowl Game Association which presents the annual Holiday and Poinsettia Bowl games.

Alden Schmid Reynoso is a seasoned Employment professional with special expertise in the areas of technical recruiting and HRIS. Over the past 15 years, she has worked across a variety of industries including, but not limited to: Defense contracting, Biotechnology, Embedded Software, Consumer Electronics, E-Commerce, Health Care and Sports/Fitness. She has developed a solid reputation as someone who solves difficult recruiting problems.
Skilled in a variety of sourcing techniques beyond the traditional job posting, she staffs both technical and non-technical openings, Alden has sourced and recruited candidates with active security clearances and is deeply familiar with OFCCP regulations related to recruiting. A firm believer in measurable results, she works with clients to clearly define their recruiting needs and employee performance expectations. By outlining specific, actionable and measurable performance goals ahead of candidate selection, Alden enables clients to move the recruiting process seamlessly into employee performance management.
Alden holds a Bachelors in Liberal Studies (Summa Cum Laude) from University of California, Riverside, and an M.S. in Psychology from University of California, Santa Cruz. She has completed the certificate program in HR Management at UCSD and maintains a current PHR certification.

She has considerable sales and business development experience in the local San Diego and Southern California markets as well globally reaching clients in the Middle East and South America.
Linda is bilingual and bicultural (English/Spanish) and has extensive experience working with all levels of management. She possesses strong interpersonal skills and focuses on providing exemplary customer service to all of her clients.
